Game Summary:
The Vikings played an excellent game for the first time in a while today. They went into halftime with a 17-3 lead thanks to Adam Thielen and Linval Joseph TDs and a Dan Bailey field goal. They cruised in the third quarter to a 23-14 lead. In the fourth the defense let up a little bit and it was 23-21 with 1:14 remaining in the game. The Eagles kicked a very surprisingly executed onside kick but they kicked it to gold gloves himself- Adam Thielen. He bobbled it for a second and then secured it, and with it a Vikings win.

New Record
With Sunday's win and his 116 yard game, Adam Thielen is now the only NFL player in history to catch for 100+ yards in the first 5 games of the season. Quite the accomplishment for the Mankato State product!

Up Next
Now the Vikings come home to play the Cardinals next Sunday. Kickoff is at 12 PM CT.

SKOL Vikings!
