After starting 0-1-1 the Wild still have not recovered from their lackadaisical start.

Game Recaps:

10/11: Chicago Blackhawks 3 Minnesota Wild 4 (Overtime)
Goals (MIN): Eric Staal, Jason Zucker (2), Ryan Suter
Goals (CHI): Alex DeBrincat(2, pp) Dominik Kahun
Goalies: Dubnyk, 27 saves (MIN) Ward, 42 saves (CHI)

10/13: Carolina Hurricanes 5 Minnesota Wild 4 (Overtime)
Goals (MIN): Charlie Coyle (pp), Jared Spurgeon, Jason Zucker (pp), Mikeal Granlund
Goals (CAR): Jordan Staal, Brett Pesce, Sebastian Aho (pp, 2), Justin Williams
Goalies: Dubnyk, 52 saves (MIN) McElhinney, 19 saves (CAR)

10/15: Minnesota Wild 2 Nashville Predators 4
Goals (MIN): Matt Dumba (pp), Mikko Koivu
Goals (NSH): Craig Smith, Mattias Ekholm, Filip Forsberg, Miikka Salomaki
Goalies: Stalock, 24 saves (MIN) Rinne, 29 saves (NSH)

1-1-1 in the last week isn't the best line but isn't the worst either. Unfortunately the Wild's losses this season don't mean anything good. It isn't looking up for this Minnesota team that made a first round exit last year.

Up Next
This week the Wild take on the Coyotes at home on Tuesday night. Then they travel to Dallas to play the Stars on Friday. Finally they come home to play Tampa Bay on Saturday.

Go Wild!
