Bison Sports Preview: August 15th

Hello again Bison fans! I know for me its been a long summer, and its time to get back to sports and specifically: Bison athletics!! Since today isn't really an update, I labeled it a preview. Now this will only be a preview of the women's soccer season.

Women's Soccer
NDSU Women's Soccer has returned! Last season was a fall of lots of ups, but ended on kind of low note. The Bison took advantage of the Summit League's expanded women's soccer tournament and made the tournament as the 5th seed and a 4-5 record in league play. Unfortunately the Bison fell to Oral Roberts in that first round game, in overtime. That was the low note, however there are lots of high notes to touch on. This team is now very experience, very few players left or graduated after last season and will hope to build on what they started last year. I personally am very excited to see where this team can go this year, so buckle up!
The Bison begin their regular season when they host Boise State at Dacotah Field this Thursday, August 17th at 6:30 PM CT!
