It appears that I missed a week! I will attempt to cover all the info I missed since last time.

Football
Alright, so last time I posted, the Bison had just beaten Montana and were about to play Samford. So, NDSU ended up beating Samford. That game was very close in the first half, but the Bison managed to capitalize on a couple Samford mistakes before half to go up 10-0. NDSU would score multiple times in the 3rd quarter to go on to win 27-9. After that, Sacramento State fell in the highest scoring playoff game in FCS history to Incarnate Word.
This past Friday, the Bison took on the highest flying offense in the FCS at the Fargodome. After a snowy week, not many could make it to the dome leaving 12,500 people to watch. The Bison came out of the tunnel with the same attitude, going down 16-0 in the 1st quarter before a field goal gave NDSU life. The 2nd quarter was the Bison party, NDSU scored 17 points to take the lead going into halftime. The 2nd half was quite the show. After scoring on the opening possession, NDSU would go quiet for a little while and finally wake up in the 4th quarter to go draw for draw with the Cardinals. Ultimately, NDSU scored on a scramble from Kobe Johnson and a proceeding trick play 2-point conversion to take the 3 point lead! Then Dawson Weber comes down with the game sealing interception with just over a minute left to give NDSU their 10th trip to Frisco!!
Since the Jacks won on Saturday over Montana State, that is who NDSU will face.
The 2023 National Championship is set and will be a national stage Dakota Marker game, NDSU vs SDSU in Frisco, Texas! Kickoff is set for January 8th, 2023 at 1 PM CT on ABC!

North Dakota State Football is 12-2 on the season and 7-1 in MVFC play.

Men's Basketball
NDSU Men's Basketball hasn't seem to have found much luck since we last spoke. They started out that week in Portland, and did manage to beat the Pilots. After NDSU returned home, they lost a close one to Montana and blew out Waldorf.
This week, the Bison will hit the road in conference play at Western Illinois on Monday on 6 PM. On Wednesday, NDSU will travel to St. Paul and face off against St. Thomas.

North Dakota State Men's Basketball is 3-9 on the season.

Women's Basketball
NDSU Women's Basketball has continued their downward trend. They lost to Northern Iowa and then lost to Green Bay.
This week, the Bison will begin Summit League play at home. They will play Western Illinois on Monday, and then St. Thomas on Wednesday. On Saturday, they will host in-state rival North Dakota.

North Dakota State Women's Basketball is 6-4 on the season.

Go Bison!!
