Bison Sports Update: January 21st

NDSU Athletics really had a rough week this week.

Men's Basketball
NDSU Men's Basketball returned home this week for a crucial stretch. Unfortunately, the Bison dropped both games. On Thursday, Oral Roberts and NDSU went toe to toe in the first half, but the Golden Eagles pulled away in the second to seal a 92-69 victory. Then on Saturday, the Bison didn't seem to ever have a grasp on the game and lost in the final seconds, 75-73.
This week, the Bison will finish off the home stretch with a rivalry matchup with North Dakota. The game starts on Friday at 7 PM CT and will be broadcast on ESPN+.

North Dakota State Men's Basketball is 8-13 on the season, and 5-4 in Summit League play.

Women's Basketball
NDSU Women's Basketball had an up and down week. The Bison started the week with a visit to Tulsa to play Oral Roberts. They lost that game in a very bad game shooting for the Bison, 75-53. NDSU then traveled to Kansas City to play the Roos, and beat them 75-66.
This week, the Bison will travel to play UND in Grand Forks. Tipoff is on Saturday at 1:05 PM CT, and will be broadcast on ESPN+.
