NDSU Athletics had a good week.

Women's Basketball
NDSU Women's Basketball was automatically invited to the Women's NIT after they finished second in the Summit League regular season, and SDSU made the NCAA tournament. The Bison will start their run in the tournament on Friday at 9 PM CT when they travel to play Oregon. All WNIT games are hosted at the higher seed's arena. If the Bison beat the Ducks on Friday, they would play the winner of BYU-Rice on either Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday.

North Dakota State Women's Basketball is 12-6 in Summit League play, and 18-11 overall.

Softball
NDSU Softball travelled down I-94 for the Gopher Indoor Classic at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis this weekend. They played five games over three days. They started on Friday with two games, they won the first one against Idaho State, 9-3. The Bison lost the second one to classic host Minnesota, 2-0. On Saturday, NDSU played one game against Drake which they won, 7-2. Then on Sunday they closed out the weekend with two wins, the first a 4-1 win against Idaho State, the second a comeback 4-2 win against Drake.
This week will be different then initially scheduled for the Bison. NDSU was initially supposed to head out west to play Utah and a classic in Pocatello, Idaho. But after those games were cancelled, the Bison scheduled two games this week. They will head down to Mississippi State to play the Bulldogs on Wednesday and then they will play Purdue on Thursday. The action starts at 4 PM on Wednesday.

North Dakota State Softball is 13-10 on the season.

Baseball
NDSU Baseball had yet another disappointing weekend. The Bison had just the lone series this weekend against Texas State. They lost the opener on Friday, 8-7. Then on Saturday they lost a game they were leading for the majority of the game, 19-18. This game included 7 Bison home runs, which ties a school record, and 15 TXST home runs. Then on Sunday they disappointed again with a 5-1 loss.
This week, they will stay out in the Lone Star State. The Bison will play Texas on Wednesday and Thursday. After that they will play Houston Christian for a 3 game weekend series.

North Dakota State Baseball is 1-14 on the season.
