Well, eh it was an ok week.

Women's Basketball
NDSU Women's Basketball had an interesting week. On Thursday, they hosted Washington State in their second Super 16 appearance in as many seasons. The Bison were able to rally in the final 3 minutes to defeat the Cougars and reach their first WNIT Great 8. On Monday, the Bison hosted Troy in the Great 8. It was a great game and the Bison were able to rally yet again in the final 2 minutes of the game to force overtime. Unfortunately, they ran out of gas in the extra frame, and fell to the Trojans, 88-97 to end their postseason run.
Even though they ended the Summit League tournament on a dud, the Bison were still able to make this season a memorable one, another that will be remembered in Fargo for quite a while.
North Dakota State Women's Basketball finishes the season with a 11-5 Summit League record and a 21-12 overall record.

Softball
NDSU Softball took this past week off for some much needed rest. This week, the Bison are back to work, and will open up Tharaldson Park for the first time this year! They will host Omaha this weekend for a traditional three game series starting with a doubleheader on Saturday. Previously, there was a duel scheduled at Wisconsin this week, but that has been pushed out to mid-April due to the inclement weather forecasted across the Midwest this week.
North Dakota State Softball is 2-1 in Summit League play and 15-17 overall on the season.

Baseball
NDSU Baseball opened up Newman Outdoor Field this week against rival South Dakota State. Mother nature had something to say about it this time though, and forced the team to move the series around. They were able to play a Friday doubleheader, but postponed the third game to a later date. Fortunately for NDSU, they swept the doubleheader for their third league series win of the season.
This week, they will head down to Omaha for another Summit League three game series starting on Friday.
North Dakota State Baseball is 6-2 in Summit League play and 8-16 overall on the season.

Go Bison!!
