It was kind of a rough week for the Bison.

Softball
NDSU Softball visited St. Paul this week to face off against St. Thomas. NDSU managed to win one game in extra innings. The other two games they lost in 5 innings. This placed the Bison in 6th place in the Summit League standings.
This week, the Bison will head down to Brookings, South Dakota for the 2025 Summit League softball tournament. NDSU will have the 5th seed in the tournament, due to St. Thomas (who finished tied for 1st) being ineligible. They will play 4th seeded North Dakota on Wednesday in the first round at 1 PM CT. If the Bison were to win their first game, they would move on to play top seeded Omaha on Thursday at 11 AM CT. After that point, they would either play at 4 PM the same day if they lose or they would play at 1 PM on Friday if they win. The title games are scheduled for 1 PM and 3:30 PM on Saturday.
North Dakota State softball is 6-12 in Summit League play and 19-30 overall on the season.

Baseball
NDSU Baseball visited Minnesota on Tuesday, and they beat the Gophers for the first time in several years, 6-3. Then over the weekend they hosted Oral Roberts in Fargo for another 3 game series. NDSU would manage to win one game, but lost the other two in extra innings.
This week, the Bison will play the American Association's Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks in a special exhibition game on Wednesday evening at 6 PM at Newman Outdoor Field. Then, over the weekend, they will travel to St. Paul to play St. Thomas.
North Dakota State baseball is 12-12 in Summit League play and 16-28 overall on the season.
