Yet another great week for the Bison!

Football
This week, the Bison football team headed out to Carbondale, Illinois to face off against a depleted Southern Illinois team.  The game proved to be tougher than many thought previously, especially with a visibly hobbled Cam Miller at the helm of the offense. Plenty of Bison would leave the field injured, with 3 counted starters on defense leaving the field and not returning. Fortunately for NDSU, the defense stepped up big and only allowed 3 points all day. This allowed the NDSU offense to slowly catch up, and would put up 24 points. It was just a sluggish day for the Bison offense. Fortunately, they won and obviously live to fight again.
This week is the big one, all the marbles. The Bison will host SDSU for the Dakota Marker rivalry (116th edition) on Saturday at 7 PM CT and will be broadcast on ESPN2.
North Dakota State Football is 3-0 in MVFC play, and 6-1 overall on the season.

Women's Soccer
NDSU Soccer played at home and on the road this week. They hosted Oral Roberts on Thursday for another league win, 2-1. Unfortunately on Sunday, the Bison fell 1-2 in a loss to Denver. NDSU had previously not lost since September 15th.
This week, the Bison will come home for the remainder of the regular season. They will host South Dakota State on Thursday at 6 PM CT, and South Dakota on Sunday at 1 PM CT. The second game will also be broadcast on WDAY Xtra.
North Dakota State Women's Soccer is 3-1-1 in Summit League play, and 7-5-3 overall on the season.

Volleyball
NDSU Volleyball took another road trip this past week. They visited Kansas City on Thursday and Omaha on Saturday. The Bison were able win over the Roos in a 5 set thriller. On Saturday, NDSU fell in a sweep to the Mavericks.
This week, the Bison come home to host South Dakota State on Thursday for the annual Green Out at 7 PM CT. The game will also be broadcast on WDAY Xtra. On Saturday, NDSU will travel down to Vermillion to play South Dakota at 2 PM CT.
North Dakota State Volleyball is 3-2 in Summit League play, and 7-7 overall on the season.

Go Bison!!
