Bison Sports Update: September 24th

NDSU Athletics had a good week overall.

Football
NDSU football was off this weekend. Not much has changed for the Bison this week. They play South Dakota next Saturday at 1 PM CT for the yearly homecoming game.
North Dakota State Football is 3-0 on the season.

Women's Soccer
NDSU Soccer had an ok week this week. They started Summit League play with a couple home matchups. On Thursday, they hosted Kansas City to open league play. They ended up tying, 1-1. Then, on Sunday, they hosted reigning league champ Omaha. The Mavs scored 2 goals, but the Bison did also, and they tied at 2.
This week, NDSU hits the road for two more conference games. On Thursday they will face South Dakota State down in Brookings. On Sunday they will head northeast to play St. Thomas in St. Paul. Thursday's game is at 6 PM CT, and Sunday's game is at 1 PM CT.

North Dakota State Soccer is 0-0-2 in Summit League play and 4-3-4 on the season.

Volleyball
NDSU Volleyball had an up and down weekend. The Bison started league play on Thursday with a win over Oral Roberts. However, they suffered their first league loss of the year when they were swept by Denver on Saturday.
This week, the Bison will return home for the league home opener when they host St. Thomas on Thursday at 7 PM CT. Then, on Saturday, they will host Omaha for the homecoming game at 6 PM CT.

North Dakota State Volleyball is 1-1 in Summit League play and 9-4 on the season.
